Recipes for Full Day of Eating meals Keto Pancakes (1 serving):

2 eggs 2 oz cream cheese 1 tsp granulated sugar substitute ½ tsp cinnamon

Vanilla Custard (1 serving):

2 eggs 2 oz cream cheese 2/3 cup water 1 ½ Tbsp granulated sugar substitute 1 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

Egg Quiche (8 servings):

8 oz cheddar cheese 12 large eggs 4 oz cream cheese 12 tablespoons butter melted
